There are two folders with the "Audio/SE" folders. See below for more details.

Pokémon cries

In the folder "Audio/SE" is a folder called "Cries". In here are all the Pokémon cries.

Attack animation sound effects

In the folder "Audio/SE" is a folder called "Anim". In here are all the SE files used by attack animations. Some of them happen to be duplicates of files in the main "Audio/SE" folder, but this doesn't matter.
